Crosstimbers Underpass Gateway Project Completed

In lieu of our annual event at NPC this year, the Economic Development Division sponsored a gateway project in Houston at Crosstimbers and I-45. The gateway project enhances the underpass by painting the highway columns with colors that represent the Independence Heights and Northline neighborhoods.

The project was made possible by the Greater Northside Management District, UP Art Studio, and the American Planning Association in cooperation with the Texas Department of Transportation.
